Key Responsibilities

We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive Novacrust’s marketing campaigns, promoting our innovative virtual card solutions to businesses and personal users. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute creative strategies that boost brand awareness and customer engagement.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels to promote Novacrust’s USD virtual cards.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights.

• Create engaging content, including website copy, social media posts, and email newsletters, aligned with brand guidelines.

• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement.

• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

• Monitor and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva).

• Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and campaign optimization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with payment or fintech industries is a plus.
